About the Project
The specific objective of this Project is to contribute to the effective and efficient utilisation and management of the EU funds and projects implemented by the CFCU by improving its business process and electronic system, capacity and working performance of its staff via activities such as daily/ad-hoc advice, needs analysis based trainings, establishment of training unit and a productprice tracking database. This TA also aims at enhancing the intensity and effectiveness of its cooperation with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Development of Communication Strategy methodology,
- Identification of the effective mediums and tools for increasing the CFCU’s visibility including their impact analysis,
- Creating and submitting an Organisation and Methodology for Communication & Visibility of the Project, development of Institutional presentations and communication tools,
- Drafting a procurement plan including technical tools.
